I actually got these for my father. He is a very heavy snorer. I mean like cutting logs snoring! Since these come with different sizes to choose from, he was able to find one that fit perfectly. He didn't have to do any trimming or anything like that. He has been wearing them for about a week now. He has informed me that they are comfortable to wear. He hasn't had any issues with them falling out. He does like that they come with a case to put them in while not wearing. Ok now the snoring part. I talked to my mother who had no idea I had even given these to my father. She has said she has not noticed any snoring at all!
