I have many years of stains on my teeth. I have tried many different products to help whiten them. This was the first actual at home whitening kit I have tried. The instructions are super easy to follow. I do highly recommend following them word for word. Especially if you are like me and have no prior experience with a kit like this. Molding the trays to my teeth was very easy. I was able to get a very nice fit. The actual teeth whitening solution is in a syringe ready to go for you. Which I thought was great. It made putting it into the teeth trays very easy. You just use a small amount per tooth. So you will get multiple uses out of this kit. It says to leave them in for 2-15mins. I have been doing it for about 8-10mins at a time. It comes with a light that you use while having the trays in. It is to get better results with the solution. I have definitely noticed some changes in the brightness of my teeth! I don't use a lot of it so it will take longer for me. But in the instructions it actually says it is best to do this as a slow process. I will keep using this as I do see a difference! Which I didn't think would be possible with how stained my teeth were.
