I received these free in exchange for an honest review.So far I have been loving this rope. it is a very lightweight cable. I am amazed at how fast I can get this going. My favorite thing about it is; I can adjust the height! I am pretty short and most things are not made for us shorties. The fact I can adjust this is amazing!!
You also get a set of wrist wraps. I personally do not have a lot of experience with those. They are easy to put on by yourself. They have an elastic that you put in your thumb then just wrap it around your wrist. Easy peasy!
Another really great thing about this company is; they actually donate $1 from every purchase to kids in need. Amazing!!
